At The Hen Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party supplies. If your items aren't quite right, you can return most products in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and not on our non-returnable list, such as personalized goods or perishable items.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive your unique return authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your order number and authorization code inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
